Our Food Journey

I'm Keerat, and I'm based in Marlboro, NJ.   For years I worked in corporate IT strategy consulting, the kind of job that looks good on paper and keeps you very busy. What it didn't have was this: a table full of food, people crowded around it, nobody in a rush to leave.   That's how I grew up. Aunties in the kitchen, cousins everywhere, food that wasn't just a meal it was the whole point of getting together. That vibe never left me!! I just needed to find a way to make it my work. I started making boards for friends and family. People started asking if I could do it for their events. That became Graze Delights NJ. It's just me. I source everything local when possible, build every board, and show up to every event. When you book with me, you're getting me. The South Asian flavors on my boards aren't a concept. They're what I grew up eating, and they're what make a Graze Delights board feel different from anything else you'll find at a grazing table in New Jersey.
