Terms & Conditions

Orders & Confirmation

All orders must be confirmed with a 50% deposit. Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received and cleared. Graze Delights NJ reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

 

Client Responsibilities

Client is responsible for providing adequate table space (minimum 6ft table per 25 guests recommended). Client must notify Graze Delights NJ of all allergies and dietary restrictions at least 72 hours in advance of the event. Client is responsible for any damage to Graze Delights NJ's display items, boards, or equipment during the event.

 

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Client must disclose all allergies and restrictions at time of booking. All food is prepared in a shared, FDA-registered kitchen facility; cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed. Graze Delights NJ is not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed restrictions.

 

Food Safety & Liability
Food is temperature-controlled during transport and setup. Graze Delights NJ is not responsible for food quality or safety after the service period ends or after pickup/delivery, responsibility transfers to the client at that point. Graze Delights NJ carries General and Product Liability insurance.
Graze Delights NJ is not liable for allergic reactions due to undisclosed restrictions, injuries occurring after service, or guest behavior. Client agrees to hold Graze Delights NJ harmless for claims arising from failure to disclose restrictions.

 

Limitation of Liability
Graze Delights NJ LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. Graze Delights NJ is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

 

Photography & Media
Graze Delights NJ may photograph or video event setups, food displays, and general atmosphere for marketing use on Instagram, the website, and promotional materials. Identifiable guests will not be photographed without separate written consent. Clients may opt out of media use by noting this in writing at time of booking.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Monmouth County, NJ.
