I'm Keerat, and I'm based in Marlboro, NJ.

For years I worked in corporate IT strategy consulting, the kind of job that looks good on paper and keeps you very busy. What it didn't have was this: a table full of food, people crowded around it, nobody in a rush to leave. 

That's how I grew up, aunties in the kitchen, cousins everywhere, food that wasn't just a meal it was the whole point of getting together. That vibe never left me!! I just needed to find a way to make it my work.I started making boards for friends and family. 

People started asking if I could do it for their events. That became Graze Delights NJ and it's just me.I source everything local when possible, build every board, and show up to every event.

When you book with me, you're getting me. The South Asian flavors on my boards aren't a concept. They're what I grew up eating, and they're what make a Graze Delights board feel different from anything else you'll find at a grazing table in New Jersey.

The mini pancake cart is the next chapter of that same idea. Fresh pancakes are prepared and served onsite, with toppings, fruit, and drizzles chosen around the event. It’s interactive, polished, and gives guests something to gather around while the host actually gets to enjoy the celebration. 

That is what I want every Graze Delights NJ experience to feel like: thoughtful, personal, and easy to enjoy.
