A $100 service fee applies to all grazing table bookings. Extended travel fees may apply for locations outside Monmouth County, confirmed during consultation.

How do I place an order?
Simply fill out our contact form below, DM us on Instagram @grazedelightnj, or email us at inquiry@grazedelightnj.com. We'll discuss your vision, event details, and provide a custom quote!
What is the booking process?
Once you submit your inquiry, we'll reach out within 24 hours to discuss your event details and custom quote. From there we send a contract to sign and collect a 50% deposit to secure your date. Final payment is due 7 days before your event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for private events, and 3 to 4 weeks for larger corporate events or weddings. For farmers market availability, check our Instagram for weekly updates!
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Marlboro, NJ and proudly serve all of New Jersey. Travel fees may apply for events beyond a 15-mile radius, just ask!
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We can customize boards for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free diets. Just let us know your needs when placing your order and we'll create something perfect for you.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but we're happy to reschedule when possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through Square invoice. You can pay using any major credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay
Are your ingredients organic?
We source the freshest, highest-quality ingredients available and use local and organic options whenever possible. If you have specific sourcing preferences, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Can spice levels be adjusted for South Asian fusion items?
Absolutely. We customize spice levels to your preference from mild to full desi heat. Just let us know when you inquire and we'll adjust accordingly.
